Here is my weight loss progress since I’ve gone kinda vegan. My target weight is 190 pounds, which puts me in a great spot for the summer cycling season. For anyone who is following along, I am combining a vegan diet with regular exercise (5-6 days per week), so I am building muscle at the same time as losing fat.
